Note that the build on its own does not guarantee success. Other design mod I used was Economy Overhaul (it makes the economy tougher and therefore the Barter skill useful). This is the Guns build that helped me do a full 150h ironman playthrough of New Vegas + dlc + Josh Sawyer Ultimate Mod on Very Hard/Hardcore.
